楊丹宏 Dan-Hong Yang
I’m Dan-Hong Yang from Taichung, Taiwan, and you can call me Dan. I’m currently a student in the Department of Entomology, at NTU. My master's thesis focuses on understanding the impact of climate change on plant-insect interactions. I love exploring the unknown. It is exciting to find out something undiscovered. I think many unknown aspects of insect-plant interaction under climate change are worth investigating and also give us opportunities for novel discoveries. I like to go outdoors more than stay at home if possible, especially climbing mountains, watching birds, and exploring the forests. Through these activities, I realized how beautiful my own country, Taiwan, is, and it is fortunate that I can live here and be inspired by these unique natural systems. As for indoor activities, I enjoy watching football (soccer) games very much, especially quick-tempo English Premier League or well-organized Spanish La Liga. I think it is the best way to spend your weekend night watching an exciting derby with some drinks and snacks.
